AQAR PLUS app — developer: Easy Trading, Sultanate of Oman
You can delete your account and its data at any time. Deletion is permanent and happens as soon as you confirm it with a code sent to your registered phone number.
How to delete your account
In the app
- Open «More».
- Tap «Delete account».
- Enter the code you receive.
On this page
- Sign in with your phone number.
- Request the confirmation code below.
- Enter the code to finish.
By email
Email support@aqarplus.om with your registered phone number. We verify you own the number before deleting.

Sign inWhat is deleted permanently
- Your account and personal and business profile (name, phone number, logo, address).
- All your listings with their photos and videos, and your projects.
- Verification documents: national ID, commercial registration and licence.
- Support conversations, follows, ratings, notifications and device registrations.
- Your current plan and any time left on it.
What is kept, and why
- Payment records and invoices: kept for the period required by the accounting and tax laws of the Sultanate of Oman, no longer linked to your account.
- Recorded sale prices: kept as anonymous market figures that do not identify you.
- A record that the phone number used a free offer: kept so the offer cannot be repeated, not linked to your account.
- Anonymous deletion statistics (account type, age and the reason you chose, if any) with an encrypted code of the phone number that cannot be turned back into the number.
Delete some of your data without deleting the account
Your listings and their photos
In the app: «My ads» → choose the listing → «Delete». It first moves to the archive; deleting it from the archive removes it and its photos permanently.
Any other data
Such as verification documents, support conversations or business profile details: ask for them to be deleted in the app via «More» → «Customer support», or by emailing support@aqarplus.om with your registered phone number and what to delete. We verify you own the number first.
Payment records are not deleted on a partial request because the law requires us to keep them; they are used for nothing else.
